​Highlights:  The PGC HQ addition houses a 24/7 dispatch and command center, offices, conference rooms and storage areas in a structure complete with upper level clear stories and views of bucolic open space adjacent to a trail system. SE designed a low-temperature ground-water heat-pump system for the addition, adding 70 wells to the existing well field.  The dedicated DOAS with heat recovery and related control system supports healthy indoor air quality. The fire protection, sanitary and storm-water plumbing systems were evaluated and  extended to the new addition. The electrical service,  MDF/IDF  and  addressable fire alarm systems required infrastructure upgrades. SE coordinated closely with the architect to design the lighting and control systems.
